Lions

This program is for students ages 4-8 years old. This class focuses on command recognition and coordination development through basic martial arts training. The class runs 45 minutes twice a week.

Beginners

This program is for students 8+ years old. Fitness, coordination, discipline, and mental fortitude are developed through martial arts training. This class runs 50 minutes twice a week.

Adult Taekwondo

Forge a stronger body and a sharper mind with our dynamic Adult Taekwondo program at Legacy Martial Arts. Whether you're looking to boost your fitness, learn practical self-defense skills, or cultivate discipline and focus, our expert instructors provide a supportive and challenging environment for all levels. From fundamental techniques to advanced forms and sparring, you'll develop powerful kicks, strikes, and blocks while improving your cardiovascular health, flexibility, and mental fortitude. Join our community of dedicated adults and embark on a rewarding journey of self-improvement.

Intermediate/Advanced

This program is for students who have completed the beginners program and tested into the intermediate program. This class builds upon the foundation from the Beginners program to more complex martial arts techniques and technique refinement. This class runs 50 minutes 3x a week.

Kids Jiu Jitsu

Give your child the gift of confidence, discipline, and coordination with our engaging Kids Jiu Jitsu program at Legacy Martial Arts. Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is a highly effective martial art that emphasizes leverage and technique, allowing smaller individuals to defend themselves against larger opponents. Our program not only teaches practical self-defense but also instills important values such as respect, discipline, and perseverance. Join our supportive community and help your child develop the confidence and skills they need to succeed on and off the mats.

BJJ Fundamentals

Brazilian Jiu Jitsu is founded on the concept that a smaller, weaker person can successfully defend themselves against a bigger, stronger, heavier opponent. This is done by using technique, leverage, and most notably, taking the fight to the ground, and then applying joint locks and chokeholds to defeat the opponent. This class runs 3x a week for 60 minutes.

BJJ - Intermediate/Advanced

This class builds on the foundation built upon the Fundamentals class. More complex grappling technique, improvement on controls, and rolling are covered in this class. This class runs twice a week for 60 minutes.

BJJ no gi -(Intermediate/Advanced)

This class builds on the foundation built upon the Fundamentals class. This class is done without a gi and covers more complex grappling techniques, different controls without the gi, and rolling. This class runs twice a week for 60 minutes.
